Perfect
It is such a good product does the job of keeping me in good energy levels throughout the day. Pack says take two but I only take one - I split half of it one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Just love it.

Says high strength but then you need to take two??? Twice a day ??
I looked for some vitamin tablets on the phone and found these "high strength" tablets with 500 on the contents. Unfortunately it then says you need to take x2 one to two time daily.This is a bit of a con as its effectively 125 tablets then. The tablets dont really have a taste but are approx double the physical size of others I have been using.Disappointed and probably wont buy these again. Should have read the reviews or looked closer at the labile

They do not seem to be as strong as other more expensive alternatives, and they are like trying to swallow Velcro. Fortunately, the individual pills are very small.
