True MAG

In April 2015, my 68 year old husband was diagnosed with early onset dementia. I was researching online about holistic dementia treatment and came across an article that said the brain loves Magnesium L-Threonate. It had been used with great results on lab mice with late stage memory loss. In another article I learned a certain compound of Magnesium was good for heart arrhythmia. (My mother died of a heart attack at age 60 after 10 or more years of severe heart arrhythmia.) Both my husband and I take heartburn medication which depletes magnesium and at 57 years old my heart started racing like my mother's...so much so it was waking me up from a sound sleep with a hard and fast heart beat. That being said, I went searching for a magnesium for both my husband's brain and my heart. I came upon Smart Mag that had both compounds and placed my order through Amazon. We are approaching our third month taking this supplement. I have not had a heart arrhythmia since I started taking the supplement and we have noticed an improvement in my husband's memory. Although we are on a limited income since my husband cannot work, we have decided this is the one supplement worth every penny! This product has been a God send and the only supplement that we have actually seen results. I wish we could afford other products from True Recovery; however, the SmartMag is one product we will continue taking as long as we can. We have benefited greatly and the magnesium is making a positive difference in our health and well-being. I highly recommend it!

Smart is truly a surprise! I have used supplements most all of my sixty plus years, as well as being certified in several alternative areas. Most people know the benefits of magnesium, but far few stay with it due to side effects, or simply not seeing any benefit. Sometimes not seeing the benefit is merely not giving it time, but side effects do make one but the supplement aside.Delivery system, and the right combination of magnesium, I believe is key. SMARTMAG delivers in both areas. My room mate has taken it, where other quality supplements simply have not helped. The night time leg cramping is gone, and there are no undesired side effects, such as a flushing of the digestive system. That one side effect causes undo stomach upset and embarrassment, especially if away from home.As I know my body well and observe even small changes, I can tell you this product is what I needed. Leg cramps with exertion are gone, as well as the night time events. No restless leg syndrome, and I sleep very well now. It helps me to relax in a very natural manner, without sleepiness. I was careful to test the product by dropping my other products to give a fair overview of the products ability to ease my discomforts.SMARTMAG is worth my money, even on a tight budget, because it works and I do not have to use unwanted prescriptions, or use doctor visits. I have paid more for less quality and resolve to my discomforts. I would recommend anyone to at least give it a fair try.

I am not that familiar with the expected results for this product. However, in my experience, it does promote a lasting and early sleep onset. Therefore, I usually take just the evening dose of 3 tabs. I would not advise taking it during the daytime if you must be alert, e.g. while driving,. operating heavy machinery, or flying a jet. I will sleep soundly after that evening dose and one does get a sense of sleepiness within 30 minutes of dosing. It is a product whose active ingredient, a magnesium compound, has been researched at MIT for cognitive enhancing qualities, and while I can't say i have been able to improve upon einstein's theory of relativity after a few nights of using this supplement, I do experience somewhat of a heightened intellect ( but I was already up there anyway, so it's hard to compare). I definitely do not experience any slowdown or cognitive impediment. I will continue my experimentation with this magtein containing supplement to see if MIT is on to anything. Worse that can happen, is I get a few good solid nights of sleep. I did receive a free sample of another TR supplement for this review, but I have probably gone through 3 bottles of this one before I received the free offer, so I was already somewhat sold on the product.

I've been taking magnesium glycinate or taurate for the past 5 years for severe migraine 'ice pick' headaches and debilitating fatigue. I was reading an article on magnesium L-Threonate and the benefits it may have for those who suffer from the symptoms I mentioned so I decided I would purchase some and give it a try. Amazon is always my first go-to shopping resource and after a quick search, I found Smart Mag Magtein which combined the two magnesiums I had been taking with the magnesium L-Threonate I wanted to try. I placed my order and I received my first delivery 2 days later. I was eager to try the Magtein but was a little concerned about changing-up my regimen. However, since starting the Magtein 2 weeks ago, I have not had a single ice pick headache!! The fatigue is about the same but I have noticed I am not as sluggish mentally, especially in the afternoons. You don't always realize how much you've slowed down physically and/or mentally until you find yourself still working long past quitting time. I have only been taking the Magtein 2 weeks but I've noticed enough of an improvement to purchase this product again. For those of you out there who have suffered for years and have tried everything under the sun just to feel better, I encourage you to give this product a try.
