LIGHTSHARE Star-Shaped Treetop Light, 10 LED Lights, Warm White

Purchased this to fit atop a Lightshare 144L LED snow tree, which is basically a bare branched tree. The ornament runs on three AA batteries contained in a battery box approx 2"x 3" attached to the Star by 8" wire. The Star itself looks nice with or without lights but use it in a situation where you can hide the battery box.

As the wise man said to the idiot: "Not very bright, are you". Also not suitable for outdoor use in cold climates since the battery draw worsens the colder the weather gets. Yet, for all that, I'm keeping them and will find an indoor display point next season.

The lights are wired directly to the string, so the bulbs can't easily be replaced. Makes them kinda useless for my evil schemes, I'm not out much money though, so I'll try to come up with some plot these will work for.

I ordered 2 boxes of these lights. The first box... one of the icicles was broken from it's LED but still in the box. Not a problem as I can glue it back on. The other box... had 2 broken icicles and only one was present in the box. Bad CHINA! BAD! No Egg Roll! I won't order this again I am afraid.

These work well using three AA batteries. They rapidly flash alternately white and blue and are quite bright. .

The star is beautiful, lasts for about three 8hr days per set of 3 batteries. We bought six rechargable batteries and recycled them every 3 days over the holidays. A great addition to the tree!

Very nice tree top star with a soft white glow (3 AA batteries are needed).
