A great device to use at home for neck pain and discomfort.
I have owned a neck/posture pump for years, I am a chiropractor and recommend the device to patients for use at home. The device is excellent for maintaining proper curvature in the neck. It helps to reduce muscle spasm and pain. There are proper ways to use it, one can over pump it and inflame the muscles in the neck if they don't use it right. So, it takes some common sense in using the device. During my 32 years in practice I have recommended 100's of these devices to patients. I still use the original one I bought for myself 20 some years ago. It is a great adjunct to your chiropractic care. If you have chronic problems with your neck. It reduces the need to go to your chiropractor so often. It is what I call "pocketbook friendly". It saves you a lot of money.
