KYB 334388 Excel-G Gas Strut, Black , Silver

I installed a pair in my car and they seem to perform ok.What I didn’t like are the boxes they came in. They were beaten up quite bad. Tossed around and treated roughly from the looks of it.Second is how rough the construction of the unit is. Compared to the original struts that came with my car, these look sloppily made. The flaps that bolt on to the cars suspension system looks terrible. Looks like someone took a basic strut and welded the flaps and painted over it. The shocks look refurbished rather than new. Flaps has sharp edges and look like they’ve been cut and not smoothed out.I’ll find out eventually how they perform. But presentation they looked poor.
