Plug-N-Play 4ft 18 Watt T8 LED Tube DLC & UL Approval Cool White (5000K) Frosted Lens, Ballast Compatible

This is a true plug and play unit...I swapped this light out from a fluorescent housing with a ballast and it fired right up. I am docking them one star because the picture is deceiving. It shows two of these lights, but make sure you know that you're only buying ONE. It was $16 at time of purchase. Reasonable considering it's plug and play.

Worked perfectly without any re-wiring, though has to be paired with another light--in my case the other is one of the old florescent tubes (this was done as a test to start). I was dubious at first, since all the ones I had researched before required rewiring, but this turns out to be a true fluorescent tube replacement. You do take a bit of a hit in energy saving (about 6~8 watts) based on research I had done, but if only go with two tubes, instead of 4, it shouldn't be that big of a deal (IMO).

They are truly plug and play. You just plug them in and they work. Much better than fluorescent lights in function and brightness.

Moved into a new place that had a fluorescent bulb fixture in the closet. Of course, the bulbs were dead. I pulled the dead bulbs, inserted these tubes, and light occured, yo!

Works fine. I disconnected the ballast and wired direct to the light. No problems.

Very bright and well worth the money!
