I think, as mentioned here, Olympic bars have a thicker diameter bar. **Q: Is this sold individually or as a pair?** A: They are sold as a pair. **Q: I have 28mm (not 1 inch) smooth bars. Will these fit?** A: On a 1 1/16" bar they are a tight fit.
