This exhibition came to a cathedral-near-me. It was a stunning display. The book of photographs has enabled me to enjoy all the English cathedrals from the comfort of my own home. A fascinating collection.

A beautiful coffee table book. Each cathedral has a whole page photo of the nave, which will particularly appeal to architecture and heritage enthusiasts. There is some writing, but mostly this is a visual book. It would perhaps make a good gift for non-English readers/visitors who might appreciate a piece of English history.

A beautiful book. The photographs are high quality and give a real 'feel' of the Cathedral. The notes about the cathedrals are brief but informative.It is a large book and not easy to carry around but as a resource to research from the coffee table it is excellent,

A beautifully illustrated record of all English cathedrals.

Bought this as a present but its not as good as the first edition which had a lager format. However still a good book for the specialist and the price was cheaper.
