I don't think they need too much pampering as other reviews suggest. Aslong as you soak them well and brush and blow dry them through well they come out nice a fluffy! I tend to fluff the hair up (comb it up) and blow dry, repeat half way through.She loves watching them go into the water and gets very excited about who she gets.We will be buying many, many more of these :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smells amazing.
