Works fine with M4
Handled 100+ 5.56 rounds. Worth the $25. Dots not perfectly circle but it’s cheap and works

Broke - I really wanted to love this, but it can't handle the recoil of a 9mm PCC
Put this on my 9mm PCC that has a 11mm dove tail rail. Love the price and the fact it comes with lens covers and can handle different rail settings. The brightness is good, even during the day. But, after maybe 200 round of 9mm ammo, the red dot is broken. The rubber gasket holding the forward lens has come off, and shooting the firearm causes the light to go on, then off, then on, then off. Maybe it would work with a 22LR or pellet gun, but since it is advertised as working with a shotgun, I thought that a 9mm PCC would not break it so quickly.

It didn't fit on my 11mm dove tail on my Diana chaser
Didn't fit my pellet gun's 11mm but it seems good other then that this is a side by side with my Sig Sauer red dot.

It'll seem ok at first, don't wait to use and test it- not a good gift idea.
I bought this to use with a Diana Chaser CO2 powered Pistol. For anyone else in that exact circumstance, this device is overall too large to use with the magazine for the pistol; you'll have to go with the single shot tray. Also, this gun has, in my opinion, zero recoil. It's absolute butter to shoot. That being said the red dot was awesome at first. Put it on, set up on the bench and it was almost dead-on, just a little low and right. Went through sighting it in, had to take a break and came back to it later.Turned it on and the formerly perfect 'pin-prick' of a red dot (or green, it has both) was now as if someone had taken a paintbrush with liquid light and smooshed it into the center of the site. It was massively blurred. So for about an hour it was awesome. Your experience may be different, but for me it was no longer acceptable as a siting device so it's going back.On the positive side it looks really nice?I wanted to like it, but that's the way it goes.

For the proce point, this optic is a no-brainer
It has two color dot selections. Green ( 3 brightness settings) and ( red 3 brightness settings) easy rail mounting, the optic has knows to adjust elevation for sighting in your shot. The optic provides clear open line of sight, camera kinda distorted the view you can actually see. Great optic. Highly recommend.

Great for the Money
Put it on my daughter's Pump Master BB gun. Was too loose on a rail it should have fit on so I shimmed it with some tape. Seems to hold zero and it's fun to use!
