Since changing my lifestyle and losing a great deal of weight several years ago, I've found myself using a lot of lemons. I use them often both for cooking and recipes like lemon chicken, and in soda water as a substitute for more calorific drinks. I have wanted one of these for a while now, and I'm glad I got this one!The metal is thick and sturdy. While there are several small defects on the plating on the inside of the squeezer, it was more than sturdy enough to get every last drop of lime juice into my drink! I've also used it to provide acidic lemon juice for canning. I'm very impressed so far. No seeds have gotten through, and my hands have to do less work. Plus, it's much easier to clean than a reamer!I'm also looking forward to using it on limes for fajitas, lemons for tea, and for small oranges when I make orange cake. It's a very nice kitchen utensil to have on hand.The zester is very helpful, too! It's very sharp and very easy to zest citrus for all my recipes and baking... I love the compact size! I have been using lemons on a daily basis for the last 7 months. Everything you read online suggests lemons to aid in weight loss and overall well being. I was impressed with the Lemon Squeezer as soon as I opened the box. I could not get over the excellent quality. It is a large and extremely durable made of excellent quality stainless steel. It is able to hold a large piece of fruit (lemon,limes,orange). It is like having a hand held juicer that requires only a moderate squeeze on the handles that you can feel will have no problem enduring the pressure for years to come.I tried the product with a lemon and an orange. With just a few squeezes I had lemon juice and orange juice in my glass but NO seeds or pulp. Also included was the lemon zester again great quality, durable and zested my lemon beautifully. The sleeve it came in is also perfect to store it.I cannot stress enough the quality of these products. I give them both an A+ and highly recommend. When I received my set I was really impressed the instant I opened the box.The lemon squeezed is EXCELLENT quality stainless steel. When squeezing lemons, limes and oranges, you have to really get a good grip on your handles and SQUEEZE! This squeezed seems to really handle the pressure. The stainless steel is thick enough that it is not going to give. The hinge is very sturdy and seems like it will withstand the pressure.The zester is a wonderful tool to have. It grated just the right amount of my orange peel without going to deeply and getting some of the pith. It cleans up very easily and and the sleeve is wonderful for storage. No scraping your hand on it when digging through your utensil drawer.An added bonus is the recipe book. I have not looked at all the re pies, but the ones I have looked at seem very simple that most novice home cooks could even do. Great taste does not have to mean a difficult recipe.I received this product at a reduced rate in exchange for my unbiased review.

Wow. I never expected the quality to be so superior. The zester is the ultimate,it's multi purpose. I used it to grate my ginger,nutmeg etc. And the juicer is so awesome.It's very easy to use and very efficient. I so much do agree that all homes should have this product in their homes.
