Haven’t had an opportunity to use them for jump starting yet, but assume they should be fine. I’ve had them in my truck the past 3 days with the temperature presently at 8F , and I will say that they are still pretty much flexible. That’s awesome,especially since cold temps kill a battery and more than likely jump starts are needed. One thing that I did notice is the cables , within the first foot or so of each end, will probably separate from each other over time and use. This can be prevented with doing a couple of quick wrap arounds with some hockey tape , right at the point of separation. I’ll probably do a couple of quick wrap arounds the clamps where the cable goes into the clamp to keep it from popping out. Preventive maintenance.UPDATE. Just had an opportunity to use these this past week, my son’s battery died on his CRV when it was 3Degrees F out. Cables stayed flexible and not problem starting his vehicle.

Seems well constructed and of adequate value. They do get stiffer in the cold than I had hoped. I have a couple of cheap pair that almost won't unwind in the cold, and I have one very good pair that is unaffected by the cold. These are closer to the cheap pairs. I am not saying they are as stiff or as bad, just on a sliding scale they are closer that way.

They are very nice and the price is great, the only thing I dont like is the clamp they are hard to fit on my Suburban battery terminals, I acn get them on and they do work they are just a little harder than some. I would buy them again if the need arises

Good for price,heavy duty, good clamps ,fast delivery work good. Not 100% copper but dont claim to be so lower price.

Why are standard jumper cables so short? These cables are long enough to go over the top of my Volvo station wagon so I don't have to park nose to nose to get a jump. My husband was so impressed with my cables that he bought a set for his car.

Excellent cables. Very heavy duty. The carrying case makes them even more convenient.

Just what I wanted. Heavy duty jumper cables are the best to jump any vehicle and the length makes it easy. Don't leave without them.
