The retro handset is a nice conversation piece. It is comfortable and comforting in the way that retro things are. It also allows me to keep my cell phone on the charging stand in a spot where it gets great reception. Since I have a Motorola Android phone, the handset uses the same plug to charge as my phone does. This is perfect, since I can just plug in the handset when I don't have the phone on the charger. Actually, the handset only needs charging about one day a week, if used most of the work week.After seven months of use, I had one scare. The handset started dialing the last number called when I try to place a new call, and it wouldn't hang up once it was locked on a call. It turned out that un-pairing the Bluetooth connection from the phone and then pairing it again solved the problem. This was a very good thing, since the handset has only a 30-day warranty.The Echo Logico Retro Bluetooth Handset is a great tool. I bought an inferior product at best buy that I returned. I then tried this product and I love it. It is great for answering the phone in the car. I hate having to swipe my smart phone (RAZR M) while I'm driving - it takes my eyes away from the road. With this handset, I just pick it up, push a button and start talking. It also works great to call people as it is voice activated. This is another thing I wouldn't do with my smart phone while driving. I even carry it in my purse and use it to answer instead of my phone, because the phone is always falling to the bottom of my purse. I also have gotten quite a few double takes by people as well as thumbs up when they see my great retro handset. BUY IT!!!

I just love the looks I get when others hear the retro ring, and even more when I begin talking on this bluetooth phone. I purchased the red phone for greater shock factor and oftentimes tell people that Commissioner Gordon is demanding my attention.I had previously purchased the corded-style handset and found the coiled cord too stiff and too short. It was difficult to keep the phone in my jeans pocket while speaking into the handset, and I'm not even five-feet tall!

I can't say enough about this Bluetooth hand set. Not only is it a conversational piece, the clarity for both parties is perfect ! No background noise. The added 'fun" is the actual Bell sound when a call comes through.... It is a ring ! . If you want the best of two worlds with perfect communication and a little bit of fun.....you must try this one. I have bought cheaper and more expensive, but this one is right down the middle in price. I highly recommend it.

I got this to use with my iPod Touch but it's not "seen" by it. Very disappointing! However, it does pair just fine with my (September 2012) MacBook Pro and Nokia E5, so at least I can use it with Skype and my mobile phone calls. I wanted to eliminate my iPod earbuds for Skype use, but alas, it's not to be. If this very nice, perfectly weighted and simply-use handset were to work with my iPod as intended, I'd have given it 5 stars....

Hi there.I don't have a home phone. I use this headset at home for my Iphone. Twice I've had people over when the phone rang and I answered with this headset. I wish I Vined their faces.Anyway, this headset works as advertised.

In about 4-5 Months Rechargeable battery Died and won't recharge . I guess that's why the company Doesn't make them Anymore

For the unit I received, the battery does not hold a charge, regardless of how long it is plugged in after being properly turned off.
