Tivax MiTraveler7D-4A 7 Inch PC Google Android 4.0 Tablet

I purchased this tablet for my daughter for Christmas, she has been dissappointed every time she has tried to use it from day 1! The screen goes black, the picture freezes, the clock loses time and the play store only opened for her once! When I tried to return the item I was met with poor customer service from the seller and basically sent from place to place to no avail so far!!! I will never buy from this seller again and when I replace my daughters gift I will go with a more noteworthy brand....Needless to say I am very disappointed with the transaction and product.

Seems to work very well. It has many features, but it is trial and error to discover them, as the manual which comes with it is virtually worthless, as is the product website. A good value, if you don't mind a little discovery.

I bought this tablet in April and gave it to my son in May for his birthday. A few weeks later it stoped charging, I sent it to the company because it was still in warrenty and the reply I get back is,,,,H Robin,The LCD display on this is broken, and it's been opened - which voids thewarranty.This tablet is not repairable.We can offer you a new 7D-1A tablet for $90.Best regards,Michley Tivax SupportThey are soo full of it! I could have understood if they just said THe lcd screen was broken, I would have thought I should have insured it when I shipped it (even though it was bubble rapped and in a box), but for them to say that had been opened! WHy on earth would do such a thing when I only had it a few weeks and it was in warrenty. IM just letting this matter go, but want to warn any other person who is thinking of getting this product, buy atyour own risk!

I love this tablet.I have the 4.0 Android and I love it. It does everything I want it to.the only problem is that I am having a hard time finding a car charger. I had to order it off Ebay from China.so its taking forever to get here. I also have the iPad from apple but I use this tablet more and like it better. I love the size and its fast and fits my purse.the 7 inch tablet covers fit good so lots of options for case. The only reason for a 4 is because no one has the car charger.

Bought this TIVAX MiTraveler at Brandsmart 6 months ago for my son's birthday, so he can play Google Play Store apps without monopolozing my wife's phone. The first thing I noticed was how slow and unresponsive the device was, but it DID work so I didn't return it to the store. I chalked it up to the single-core knock-off processor. It played Angry Birds fine at first. After a couple months, my son wanted to play Plants vs. Zombies. Beware, this tablet will not load/play Plants vs. Zombies at all! There's no excuse for this tablet to play some apps but not others, especially popular ones that are ubiquitous to Android devices. The freeze-ups, crashing, and lack of app support became unbearable. This tablet will be going out with next Wednesday's trash. What a disappointment.

We bought this tablet for our daughter to use on road trips to keep her occupied. I must admit that we weren't expecting a whole lot for it's price, but we are very happy with it and so is our daughter. The screen is bright with a very clear picture and works the same as most touch screens with the two finger zoom. Another reviewer mentioned that they had a hard time finding a car charger,hint: simply use a micro USB to USB cable and plug it into a USB car charger. In order to download movies to this tablet, you must convert the video to an MP4 file (this is true of most tablets).There are tons of free software downloads out there to choose from that will allow you to convert videos. The battery and/or playback time is quite good,although we found the speaker to be a little low,a set of headphones will come in handy! There are a lot of free apps from the Google Play store such as games and such and if you download a lot of apps and videos,I highly recommend buying a micro sd card of at least 8GB to supplement the tablet's 4GB of internal memory. Skype is pre-loaded on this tablet and we have used it often,sound and video quality is acceptable for a tablet. We have found many accessories for this tablet that will work well such as screen protectors, cases,etc. Almost any accessory labeled "for 7 inch tablets" should work. My only complaint with this product is the manual(it is of little use due to lack of information),but if you just spend a little time using it, you'll figure it out quickly.
