These are the main four MX types, the rest are just variations on them i.e, QX, Romer -G etc.I personally like the Cherry MX reds as easiest to actuate but everyone is different, from this i was able to choose a G512 with Logitech's' own Romer - G Linear switches which are the closet to MX reds. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good *by I*** on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 October 2018* Bought to get a feel before I spent money on a keyboard. Figured I personally still prefer Romer-G switches but nice to keep on desk. ### ⭐⭐⭐ not worth it *by N***O on Reviewed in Canada on 12 June 2019* the product does what it says, but u will not get the full experience of what its like to type on a fully functional mechanical mx red, blue, brown etc keyboard.
