This is the second time I've ordered this and it's by far the best combination diet pill I've ever tried. It really does curb my appetite and control cravings. I have low blood sugar, so it's really hard to moderate my eating when my sugar crashes, but thanks to the raspberry ketones in this, my sugar is easier to manage and the crashes come less often. This means instead of needing snacks between meals, I can go without eating between meals and rarely need a protein rich snack before bed to get me through the night, so I'm eating a lot less overall. I don't weigh myself to know the lbs lost, but I did drop a size with this.

I tried a different brand prior to this one and with the prior brand experienced changes as I took the product, for this product I felt nothing, as if I was not taking any type of supplement, no changes whatsoever and no weight loss, I did gain 5 lbs and I did that following the directions specifically, where with the prior product I lost 5 lbs. I'm real disappointed, I didn't feel any of the benefits that other reviewers got. My appetite Wasn't suppressed I actually feel hungry more . I've been taking them a whole month and there were no results at all. I only purchased them because they had such high reviews, don't purchase these there are no benefits in losing weight or having more energy when taking these pills. Further more I don't even believe they are garcinia cambogia, green coffee bean or raspberry key tones. Not sure what they are, don't buy them.
