Does this come with a towel?

No it does not come with a towel. It is a lovely bag though. Only down side is the closing. On other bags there is a push button toggle thing to keep the bag closed, this one has a material thing which allows the bag to open. Easily rectified with a little bow though :)

Does the plastic civer the entire inside or is the bottom half of the bag a different material internally?

It's only the parts with mesh on that have plastic behind it. The rest is just the same as the outer material. Not lined inside

Hi, Is the inside of the bag plastic all the way around?

No it’s not only at the front where the clear plastic is but it does have a waterproof material inside which stops the outside of the bag getting wet/ damp.
