A little disappointed with the content. Nothing different for me.

Hmmmm speaking from a Trinidadians perspective this book was very underwhelming. I expected vivid colorful photos on the inside as they are on the outside and recipes that incorporated spices and herbs that truly reflected our Trinidadian way of cooking. The basic steps were illustrated but where is that extra “THING” that makes these dishes authentically and uniquely Trinidadian. My mother was not impressed with this book at all.

Liked the authenticity. Especially valuable for Trinis not living in Trinidad

not what was expected

I liked the brightly coloured front cover. It's a pity it didn't follow through inside the book. The recipes seemed watered down.

Not worth the money

Wasn’t for me, didn’t have the recipes I wanted

What more can be said? Fifteen minutes googling and you'd get this!

Had some recipes that I wanted missing. Good basic book
