Yes s far so good jacked my 4wd and caravan with no problem case a bit plastic but that doesn't alter the quality

What's the difference between this electric car jack and floor jack? Is this super easy to lift a car.

After pluging the cig lighter plug into a 12v supply but it also comes with clips so you can power it directly from the car battery just slide jack under car under a sutable jacking point and press the rocker switch and up goes the car and when the tyre is clear of the ground stop the jack will hold for as long as it takes to change wheel ect And after changing the wheel press rocker switch in other direction and down it goes. There is no effort in jacking at all other than lifting the jack from car boot to the ground and back later

Can be used on my Ford?

Yes, this can be used on cars, vans, suv's, providing your car isn't a rotbox!!!!! As it says, capable of lifting 5 tons so a Ford car or light van will be no problem. It comes with an extended lift pole as well as the standard one.
