Secure your fifth-wheel hitch to its base rails with these plates to prevent theft of your hitch. Insert the pin that holds your hitch in place through one part of the plate and add a padlock (sold separately) next to it. This will prevent removal of the pins and theft of your fifth wheel hitch. These plates are meant to replace the cotter pins that hold the pins in place.
