Can a latex scree be put over this to smooth the floor?

I would say no. A screed over a dpm should be 40mm min thickness

I have asphalt over a concrete floor but it does not cover edges of floor. Moisture comes up the sides can I use this to seal the floor edges?

I would say yes, 2 coats. Summer job when conditions at dryest. Clean surface as best you can before applying

Can i use this on a leaking shed roof

yes, if the leak is caused by a small puncture or something small... not some hole where you can stick your fingers in. everything small will be covered. When fresh painted, water will partially wash it off, so you need either good weather after painting, or cover it for at least a day with something, to give it time to dry, then you're waterproof

Is it okay to use this in a small area of a small pond with few fish.

Hope this helps and is quite clear. DO NOT USE THIS DAMP PROOF MEMBRANE ON YOUR FISH POND EVER. I cant make it more clear than that. Why not try something like pond seal, or ask at your local aquarium.
