iPhone 6S Plus & iPhone 6 Plus Battery Case [Apple MFi Certified] Tek Republic Slim Rechargeable Premium Battery Case with 4000mAh capacity

When I first received this iPhone 6 Plus Case/Charger I was disappointed and wanted to return it. Reason: without a case, the iPhone 6 Plus is already a big, ungainly phone (were Jobs alive I don't think he would have gone in this design direction, but that's another story). This case makes the phone even larger and heavier. I thought it was too much to manage. But after using it for a couple of days, it grew on me. It's charging capacity is extremely impressive and it works flawlessly. You can use the phone to your heart's content without ever worrying about running out of power. The on/off button is very well designed and I don't think it can be turned on without the intention of the user, which is a common complaint with other, similar case/chargers. It does, obviously, make the phone longer and heavier, but that is not the fault of this device. My one complaint is that the snug, rubbery exterior is a little slippery. I really wish that the surface was textured allowing for a better grip (hence the 4 stars).

Delivered on time, ordered via prime. Looks nice but putting it on posed problematic. Had a tempered glass screen protector in place that was applied immediately following purchasing my 6s plus. This case popped off numerous times, even with two people applying the case we couldn't get it to latch.... Until it shattered my screen protector and wedged half of it up leaving me to figure out how to get the case off and remove the broken glass.The charger is the standard IPhone lightning charger on the inside but the case uses micro usb so all my docking stations etc are no longer compatible with this. It was a disapointment but I guess my fault for not looking harder.Haven't used the charging function to the phone but when charging the unit after I boxing it took a few hours.

If you're looking for a mophie alternative, this thing is the one you want. I was going to post a photo of it, but then I realized something. There's an introverted nuance to the fact that the only thing your phone really can't photograph is itself. Anyway - I like it a lot. I had a mophie and have used the older otter box in the past . They do just what you need it to do. This one does it as well, but at a dramatically lower price point. I looked on the packaging and I was delighted when I saw it was invented in California. Go Murica. I do wish it had an app like the otter box one for the 4S model. The new charger type on the bottom is now a Micro USB. Be prepared for that. Come to think of it, if you're still thinking about buying a mophie after reading this review, you should do us both a favor: Buy a second one, and throw them both away. Now...Saddle up. You have 50 extra bucks from your budget you can go spend on something else. You could spend it on some frivolous junk on Amazon. Or you could go out. Take someone out. Take your wife or husband out. Make it like a thing, ya know? Go to a Longhorn Steakhouse or something. I'm sure they have one where you live. They're everywhere. If you use your phone all day and are in need of one of these (which I certainly assume you are), you don't have to worry about charging this beast before strip steak and shrimp. They might call "shrimp" something different in different parts of the country. I was down in the south for business and I heard them being referred to as "skrimps". Anyway, I recommend this thing. I bought this case a month ago and it is really useful for my travel time.It is a combination for lighting cable and iPhone case. You can save lighting cable dollar to get this one and all charges to your iPhone can easily go through a mini USB cable. The 4000mA back up battery can help last over 12 hrs during international flight, and I can enjoy the games, movies, business whatever through iPhone without to worry about battery run out.It is very protective as iPhone case, well designed black color, really good quality!

It lasted 3 months. Around month 2 the micro usb port started to get flaky. At first it wouldn't charge through to the phone, or connect on USB. I could still charge the case, and it would still charge the phone on the go. But now the port is weak and you have to get the cord just right; if lucky the case might charge. (With multiple cords this is true, so it's not a cord issue but the usb port for sure.) Last night, it didn't charge, so I'm shopping for a replacement.Power, durability were good. Fit and finish: good. Dropped it a few times, no cracks in the plastic.

I need a back up battery pack that I don't need to carry around in my purse and this is the kind of product that fits my need , a case with battery pack in one. After few months of heavy usage. I've only had this for two weeks and the charging is inconsistent. I can't returnnit because I threw out the packaging but I'm disappointed because the lightning bolt on the iPhone battery flickers on and off while this is plugged in. I hear a constant binging and it is annoying from the charging going on and off.
