I find those stick on pads never get hot enough and hot water bottles aren’t big enough to cover my stomach and back, so I have to keep switching.This is great and has given me so much relief. I do tend to use the highest setting mostly, but I am the kind of person who has the shower on as hot as I can stand too so that might be a personal preference. I like the ability to choose different heat settings (lower settings are good if it’s a bit chilly and you just want to warm up!) and it heats up to each setting really quickly.Also very important - it cools down quickly too, so no waiting around for it to cool before going to bed, for example!Would definitely recommend for chronic pain sufferers, well worth the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely worth it! *by L***3 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 January 2021* Recently had a bad injury to lower back. I find that heat is a real healer for me. Usally opt for a hot bubble bath but with my back thats not an option. I found this on amazon and its the best thing I've ever bought for myself. So comfortable, its definitely easing my discomfort and you can use it in all different ways. (Sat up on sofa, led down ect) i would say the highest heat setting is the equivalent to a hot water bottle.
