BONROB Sketch Pencils Set with Sketchbook

I received these as a gift from my grandmother Jill who bought them for me......I am an adult that took up Adult coloring as a way to relieve stress and anxiety after my day, the concept of these "art therapy " books are to release your mind from the everyday razzle dazzle in your daily routine or like me do that and help with overcoming trauma.I recently overcame a rare heart condition at 37 that caused 2 flat lines and 4 heart attacks , this "art therapy " helps me regain a sense of peace and tranquilityAS AN AVID Stationary / Writing instrument aficionado ....When I tell you these COLORFEST GEL PENS are the best I ever used, smooth, vibrant, they do not scratch, or tear, the glitter ones are amazing they do not get dry and gunk up at the end and they fit in between these tiny Mandala picture lines.They come in a nice transitioning variety of colors and are TRUE TO THE COLOR TONE ONLINEWorth the money and moreIf you are looking for a good set for a reasonable price look no furtherCOLORFEST Craft is literally got the perfect product!

I could not be any happier with these pens. I got them for myself for Adult coloring books. Pencils were running out and when you buy expensive ones and run through them like water it gets tiring and some can be bland. I wanted something more vibrant and bold and boy do these deliver! Super fun and easy to use and work wonderfully. They fill in every crook and corner with perfection and all evenly. What I didn't know is some have glitter in them!!!!!!! And when you use them, You actually see the sparkle. I was so surprised and excited. And the colors to choose from are many. If I want a yellow there's like 5 different yellows. Same with every other color bringing my books to life. They truly are great pens and I will be reordering them. Highly recommend!!! I was excited to try these after the reviews I read. I am one that is very hesitant when it comes to a different brand of gel pens (I usually use Sakura gelly rolls). These are amazing and way better priced than Sakura. I use them every night before bed to help me relax after a 10-12 hour shift. I am wanting to now see if there are more colors made by colorfest. I would say my favorites are the glitter and pastel. I am a little sad that there aren't any neutral colors like Browns and tans for scenery coloring books I own. What is shown now are pencils but I ordered gel pens for coloring and they have been wonderful. DID NOT ORDER DRAWING PENCILS.

For the most part I really like these pens. I purchased them for use in an adult coloring book because I just wasn't satisfied with the colors I was getting from coloring pencils. I have been using them for a week now and love the metallic and glitter pens so very much. The standard color pens don't flow as well and some don't work at all. Also you don't get as many colors as it might seem because there are two each of the standard colors. Overall, I am happy with these but I don't know if I would purchase them again.

The pens work for the most part. I am able to get the color on the page; however, going back to the same pen is impossible. The pens are only differentiated by the color of the pen. The pen colors look like one another, so unless you keep the pen away from the others you cannot tell which one you used. Also, the pen colors resemble one another as well and the containers were the same color. Some of the pens had an inconsistent flow of ink. The scratchy pens left a streak with each stroke. There are no browns in the collection. There are neon colors in the collection, but there is no way to identify them from the pen colors. An example is the yellows. Each pen has the same color container, and there is a true yellow, a neon yellow, and a yellow that turns a brownish yellow. You have to test the pen to know which one you are using.

I bought these as a Christmas present for my mother in law. She opened it yesterday and she was extremely happy with the product. She does the Adult coloring books for relaxation and really enjoyed these pens. I'm giving it a 4 star review because it was supposed to be 48 pieces and only came with 47. Luckily, I had the missing color in an old set of pens that I received as a gift years ago. Apart from the missing pen, I was extremely happy with the price and the quality of the gel pens. 😀

I love the variety of color and styles of these pens. They write very smoothly and work well. The reason for 3 stars is because they run out so fast. I did quite a bit of comparison between gel pens before ordering these and these had the best reviews and I liked that more popular colors had doubles, so I ordered them. I was not aware that in one use, they would run out so quickly. I wrote a story on a few pieces of small notepad paper and my purple pen was almost empty by the end. I was also surprised that they are filled only half-3/4 of the way and not entirely down the ink shaft. That was a disappointment as well. If I were ordering gel pens again I'd probably give a different brand (on my comparison list) a try instead.

Received these the day after I ordered them. They last long enough. I have colored many many pages in my adult coloring book without issue. Some flow better than others, but I have found that to be true with many gel pens. Some take a little longer to dry than others, so I had transfer to other pages from closing the book too soon. I have had zero bleed through, which is great! I like the variety of finishes with these pens.
