LEGO Jurassic World Indoraptor Rampage at Lockwood Estate 75930 Building Kit (1019 Piece)

It is very big and it is fun to play

Obviously Lego is awesome, but our indoraptor's arm connector broke:(

The Lockwood mansion is the key location for a significant part of the fifth Jurassic World film, Fallen Kingdom. It is a sprawling, massive affair in the movie which LEGO has done a superb job of condensing into what is still a sizable three story set. Sure it's not to scale with the dinosaurs but they undeniably look epic poised on the roof. There's plenty of interior detail to keep it an interesting play experience for the young or young-at-heart, with a nice rendition of the first floor hall complete with a massive triceratops skull, some labs in a nod to the basement space in the film, and Maisie's bedroom at a tiny scale on the top floor. In a nice touch her bed folds up so she can hide under it when the big bad dino comes knocking.There's a representative set of figures included, covering Owen and Claire of course, but also little Maisie and three villains (well the auctioneer may not have been full on villain but he wasn't terribly nice) to balance it out. A motorbike provides a bit of vehicle action. The exterior is more detailed than one might think from photos, with a fully realized gutter system and some nice touches repeated across all the windows which gives it a sense of bigger scale.All in all an excellent condensation of a key location with a great build and a lot of potential play.

My son had been asking for this for about 3 years now. It was worth the money because of how much he'd enjoy it, but still pricey for what it is. He enjoyed building it and it holds up nice while he plays with it.

Although one of the most expensive lego sets I purchased. My 7 year old LOVED it and it kept him busy.
