The idea is really great. The board used is not the best material, and a small part broke off as I removed it from the box. But, with that aside, once mounted (like a door frame chin up bar), and then properly locked in place with the provided hardware and my own speed-bag, it worked just fine. I used a speed bag years ago, and always remembered it as a good cardio, upper body workout. It's better than that. Five to ten minutes of tags, jabs, and rolling speed spurts will surprise you if you never boxed. Anyone can learn a rhythm to work with. The provided equipment, two cylinder shaped items that go on top of the board and tighten up against the inside top of the door frame reduced wall vibration to pretty much none! The swivel is crappy, as the bag would fly off in a second after hitting it, but instead of buying a new swivel, I used Gorilla tape and locked the open end of the swivel shut, and sprayed WD-40 on it for smooth play and less noise. Works great now!

This product works generally well. It is easy to use and very easy to put in and take out. It actually solves a major problem of speed bags; that they are ugly. It takes about half a minute to put the whole thing in the door and to take it out. However, the wood used for the base is very cheap quality. It was already falling apart when I took it out of the box and started cracking completely when I was putting it together. I had to wrap tape all around it to make sure it does not crack in half. I do not understand why the manufacturer used cheap particle board instead of using a strong piece of wood.

Bought this a few weeks ago. Very Impressed, it's about time someone started selling something like this. Was able to set it up in a matter of seconds and uninstalling it was just as easy. Very sturdy and stable, rebound boards works well also, very little vibration. All in all great product considering the price point.

I've always been big into fitness and partial to upper body strength training as well as improving hand speed and agility and have owned many speed and heavy bags in my day.Off all the set ups I've had, be it wall mounted or ceiling mounted, I've never experienced one as versatile and convenient as this. Right out of the box I was basically ready to start my exercise..and it sets up so quickly that it almost compares to having a permanently mounted speed bag. I no longer have to have an unsightly piece of equipment just hanging around, I just detach this from my door frame and put it in the coat closet. Works with my heavy bag too. The wife loves the fact that it's not an eyesore and also that I'm getting fit again. The kids love to beat on it too. I really can't say enough good things about this, no complaints.

I bought one of these the other day and I have nothing but good things to say about it. I don't have a lot of extra room in my apartment so I love how this can be set up and taken down in seconds. Yet it still gives as good of a workout as any speed bag I've ever used (and I've used quite a few).

The construction is very solid and the price is right! You do not need to mount it and is much cheaper than many of the other options that I have looked at online. I would highly recommend buying one of these for a quick at-home workout. Also, very easy to remove and store when not in-use.
