The remote worked somewhat without programming but after 2 attempts at setting for Toshiba using the guide (I rushed the first time) it works brilliantly. Only issue is I can't get the subtitles off which came on automatically when I switched the TV on, so nothing to do with the remote perse but I can't see how I would put them on either if they were needed. I'll do a bit of searching and update if I find out. It's certainly value for money and very quick to set up!
