Q: How do I get a user manual?

Q: My on and off switch isn’t twisting. I’ve tried everything! What should I do?

Please remove the entire switch part, and then try to twist the on/off switch several times. If it can be twisted, install the switch part on the massager when it is "on". And then try to twist again to see if it works. If the method does not work, please apply for return and get a new product.
