    Pretty Good

This DVD workout is pretty good.  However, the instructor does move very fast inbetween moves.  It can be a bit difficult to keep up.  Overall, my legs were burning by the end of the DVD.  It was quick paced and was only 20 minutes long.

I was not very impressed with this fitness video, I found it lacking in many ways, and not up to the high standards that I have come to expect from The FIRM video workouts that I have used in the past. In short, I think it was a waste of money!

    Barely a Workout

I bought this workout because I love all things FIRM and have been really impressed with their newest workouts out in 2010. This workout, however, was a complete waste of 20 minutes. I've never been more irritated with wasting money before. Two reps in, Emily is saying, "Oh, it burns!" No, it doesn't, because I'm used to working out for at least 40 minutes at a time at a much higher intensity and pace. This workout is a lower-body and core focused workout, but I'd say it's only for beginners or those who are very overweight. I didn't even break a sweat on this workout, which is saying something, because I sweat during almost every workout! Don't waste your money on this one. Rebekah's 20-minute Cardio Gloves is a much better deal, with equipment you can use in other workouts too!
