If you want it to count cal. Burned you have to figure your weight in kilos and enter before each use. Kind of a hassle

Have used it several times already and I can tell it will last a long time. It is nice to not have to count my jumps and I can just focus on working hard. I received it right on time and in perfect condition. Initially I thought it was going to be too lite but once I began to jump with it I believe it is the perfect weight.

Okay, this is a fun jump rope, especially for the kids, but it is terribly inaccurate. It has a nice sponge grip on the handles that can easily absorb perspiration and the rope itself is heavy enough that it can make a full revolution without any lag. It has great potential to be a nice home gym accessory, if only the digital counter would work properly. It counts with just about every slight movement of the wrist when the handles are held in hand which leads to a false reading on the digital display. We have a lot of fun with it, challenging each the jump rope to see who can count the correct number of jumps at a given time, lol. My kids like it, but it won't be making it into my husbands workout routine any time soon.I received this item at a promotional discount for testing and reviewing purposes.

wish it was in lbs but other than that it's pretty neat
