Protects the device perfectly. I would have given it a 5, but for a small issue with the keyboard only being held by a magnet. If you are typing/using it, it works fine. But if you just want to use the screen, the keyboard is not so secure. It is a small issue, I still would recommend this case highly. ### ⭐⭐ Does not auto-hide the on-screen keyboard on my iPad mini 4 *by R***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 9, 2015* I loved this case until I tried to type on my iPad mini 4 with it. It looks good, holds the iPad securely, and feels like it offers some protection. It's also cool to be able to remove the keyboard from the case if you don't need it. The keyboard is functional- it will type fine, but does not cause the on-screen keyboard to auto hide. So, 2/3 of my iPad screen is still obscured, negating the usefulness of the keyboard. I tried another bluetooth keyboard I had for my last iPad, and it had no problem auto-hiding the on-screen keyboard. I've contacted customer service about the issue and will update my review if the problem is resolved. Otherwise, I will be returning the keyboard case.Update 1/6/16: I did return the keyboard case, as customer support was unable to fix the problem. I originally purchased this cover/keyboard for an organization that I am a member of to take notes during meetings. I purchased the original cover was purchased in February 2016. The original has been cleaned with some clear dish soap. Of course with time and use it is not as white anymore. I also suggest to put it in another case to protect the white.
