I love this stuff! After long bike rides 50-100 miles I always mix this stuff with my Hammer Nutrition Recoverite (Strawberry Flavor) and my recovery time off the bike is much quicker. Sometimes if I'm too stressed out from work, I also take it to get my body to shut down and relax. You can also give it to your kids before bed time to help them relax and shut down. A total home run!
