Bayside Furniture/Seat Chair, Black

I have bought so many office chairs over the years in search of a truly comfortable one. In a surprise recent move to a new teaching position, I ended up with one of these chairs at school. I loved it so much that I bought one for my own for home! The mesh is a plus as it increases circulation so you don't get overheated in the chair. It is very ergonomic and I was surprised by the ease of my new chair's assembly. It did require two people for a short while, but was relatively hassle free which was terrific. I have assembled a lot of office chairs and by the end I am sweating and cursing the chair. No issues with this one. Also, the Alan wrench they sent with this has a hand grip which makes the screws go in much faster. Very pleased with the chair. Now my wife wants one too! Wonderful chair!

Warning: two models are shown in the pictures. The Metrex IV (CORC-8.5) and some other model (CORC 9)I tried to get this to match a previous Metrex chair in the room and for the flip-up armrests... But the CORC-9 was delivered. By the time that I had set it up, I realized it was a different model. It didn't have the flip up armrests, it wasn't the same as reviews, and the chair didn't match my other one, plus it was not comfortable like the other one. A bit disappointing.

I have been looking for a chair to work from home but didn’t want to spend too much. This chair reminds me of the Aeron Herman Miller. So far it’s comfortable and I like that the arm rests fold up. Easy to assemble too.

I've had this chair for some time now. The mesh does loosen up. The armrests are way to high and not practical. They lock in relative to the back such that they become an obstacle between you and the keyboard / mouse. Worth the price when compared to any chair you can find at staples or office depot.

Very comfortable and breathable. Does not hurt my tailbone even after hours of sitting.

Woah! You gotta be tall for this chair! Don't buy if you are under 5ft 5. Seems like a nice comfy chair though, just wish they would make it in a smaller version.

This chair is comfortable and supportive but a little small for me. I’m a large guy, with a 40 inch waist, and the hard plastic frame of the bottom half digs in to my rear a bit if I don’t sit just right. I suspect that anyone even a little smaller than me would not have this problem, and it’s still very comfortable otherwise, with its back support and adjustable, decently comfy elbow rests.

This is my 2nd one. I bought this one for home & have used the other one at work for 6 yrs now. Love this chair & especially the arms that flip up & out of your way when not using them. Great price & compared to features & support as much more pricey Herman Miller brand.
