1 Gallon Reflection Fish Bubble Deluxe Mirrored Wall Mounted Aquarium Tank

The tank itself is as advertised but the silver ring around it is made of foam core. The tabs meant to hold in the plastic circle to house a picture background are mounted with a screw into the foam core. Once these tabs are turned only a few times, the foam core strips out and one is forced to make new holes. Obviously, one can only make so many holes before the integrity of the entire ring is compromised, rendering it useless. The only logic I can comprehend for using foam core is cost. This is a poor choice. At least plastic of some kind should’ve been used instead.

Products arrived, bought two, $40 each..... I would not pay that again. One had major sratches all over shiny surface, I thought it would be metal for the price but appears to be shiny cardboard maybe. The other had minor scratches. Did not arrive in retail box, appears new, minus the damage. Seller may not have noticed or inspected prior to shipment. For the price I expected much much more..at least a retail box that would protect product more. Top of tank open so fish may jump out, which betas are known to do. I think $20 would be a fair price for these, maybe $25 but I think $40 is way off the mark for cardboard and plastic. I read the description again and it say aluminium, so I guess it is a thin layer on cardboard backing. And the aquatic background is a greek statue and pillar.Update - did respond to scratches and offered a discount. This is a good seller, I just think this product is well below sell price. Much too small for betta, I have shrimp in there now, no way can you keep a dwarf frog in there. Looks good enough on wall, need to think of something to put in there.

Cute for the wall. I wouldn't put a fish in it - cleaning it would be a pain. I tried to put a plant but that was a disaster - the hole at the top is no big enough to put your hand in, so whatever goes in gets dropped or squished. It's a regular fish bubble with a cheap plastic mirror frame around it, but the frame does dress it up and it's cute hanging on the wall. I think I will eventually spray paint the frame a color - will probably hide the cheap part a little better! But it's cute for decor.

When I first opened the package I thought it looked really small for a fish, but after I hung it up and filled it with water it wasn't that bad. I bought a Beta and he seems to be really happy in it. It was easy to change the back ground. I am sure I will have to clean it more often than I hoped for but I am ok with that since it looks so great! The plastic glass scratches easily so be very careful. I scratched it the first time I wiped it down so that was a bummer.

A waste of money

when I opened the package I was disappointed at seeing mirrored acrylic and plastic instead of glass and mirrored glass. Despite that it is still stunning. We used an Instahang to hang it which provided a sturdy ledge. We also used patterned paper to change the background to the same color as the painted wall and the effect is amazing . The Bubble scratches easily . Cleaning wasn't difficult because we removed the fish and cleaned in the sink. I wouldn't recommend these for a child but if handled by an adult there shouldn't be a problem. Visitors don't believe they're real fish inside so I hv to disturb the poor thing so he'll move for folks . I got the Wow I was looking for with these

Item looks nice on the wall but I was hoping for better quality. Made of wood, plastic. I thought it would be real aluminum and glass. The diameter of the paper that slides in as the background is larger than regular 8 1/2x 11 so I could not print off images on my computer to use as decor. Overall, satisfied with purchase but disappointed at paying $40 for product that could be sold cheaper.

this fish bowl is a hoot! We have a blue beta fish that we named 'RED'. It is subtle/not tacky to look at. Easy to care for. I use a turkey baster, daily, to clean the bottom of the bowl. Isn't 'crystal' clear....but no complaints overall. The background scenery is interchangeable.
