This is nothing more than aspercreme with a long list of inactive ingredients for a greatly inflated price. You can buy 5 ounces of aspercreme in any one of three versions for under $10.00. Plain, with aloe or with lidocaine. I think they have a hot version also. Stop at your local pharmacy and save shipping time and cost. This is a pain relief cream. It goes on and spreads well. It doesn't have a noticeable scent, so that would be a plus. I have chronic neck a shoulder pain. It does dull it a bit, but not as noticeable of a difference as I was needing. I think it would be OK for someone with sport soreness. I received this discounted for review

The pain relief cream works! I used it on my shoulder that I have injured working out over the years, I can't take any ibuprofen because I have ulcers and decided to use a product applied directly to the area that bothers me.I will recommend this to my trainer who has injuries also.

Product works great. I've been having knee pain ever since my acl surgery. I've never been a fan of pain pills. I tried this and within 15 to 20 minutes i had no more pain. Nice not to worry about any drowsy side effects pain pills have.
