Wobble Light 111302 Wobblelight 36" 500W Halogen Work Light 8,000 lumens, 1 Count (Pack of 1), Yellow

Needed something that would withstand abuse especially after spending too much on tripod type lighting that was easily damaged. This does the trick. Bright, great lighting from all sides and can take a bit of abuse. It's been walked into, rolled over, dropped and just keeps going. Yes, it's a bit more expensive and the replacement bulbs are a tad on the higher side but after four years of use, we've not had to keep buying new lights like the tripods or other alternatives. In the long run this has been one of the better buys for on-site locations. Just realize...it's bulky, big and bright.

The 1st one I ordered didn't work of the box and the 2nd one-stop working after 2 days

Not as bright as a metal halide bulb would be. Still produces a lot of light. It is much better in starting up when the light is turned on. Instant on and instant off, no waiting until the bulb has cooled off.

I received my Wobble Light and took it to a jobsite the next day...I plugged it in and it was great.. Completely lit up the area.... Ran the light for about 10 minutes before I turned it off... About an hour later I went to turn it on again and the bulb was dead... Never bumped, touched, or anything else - It was just sitting there... I read a couple of reviews that talked about how bad the bulb was, but I didn't want to believe it... 10 Minutes of Run Time!!! That's gotta be some kind of record... That being said, I really loved the light output and wasn't ready to give up on it just yet... I called Amazon and they agreed to send me just a replacement bulb without me having to do a complete exchange on the entire unit... Now that's just simply amazing service... So I will see how the replacement bulb works out and will update after an appropriate amount of time (hopefully not in 10 minutes)...Update: Oct 2016 - Its been well over a year since I received the replacement bulb and its works flawlessly. so it appears the first bulb may of been a bad one. This is my go-to lighting source and I really love this thing. I've since upgraded my review from 2 stars to 5.Update: August 2017 - Ok another update... I've had to drop this down to 3 stars... Its been just over 2 years and I'm not sure how much longer its going to last. The bulb has held strong, but the lens cover just isn't cutting it... I've already replaced it once before and I'm ready to replace it again. The carrying handle (which is part of the lens cover) will eventually start to crack and break away. Also the power cord plug in has broken and I have it rigged together. I'm not hard on tools and do everything I can to take care of them. This thing just wasn't built to last... I'm gonna have to call time of death on the wobble light and will be moving over to either DeWalt's or Milwaukee's LED stand light...

Fantastic light for garage workspace

Decided to buy this light after a recommendation from a friend. Needed it fast so I went with two day shipping. Well, 6 days later it was finally delivered. (Ordered Jan. 14 the arrived Jan 20th) not impressed to start. To make things worse, the light bulb inside the unit went black and burned out only after a couple months of use. (Specs on light says at least 1000 hrs use before needing to be replaced) The wobble light was placed inside my house and hasn't been moved or knocked at all! Now I have no light and I have to spend money on a new lightbulb that shouldn't have burnt out in the first place!

Been thru multiple fuses that keep blowing. Absolutely cant rely on this thing.

Bought three of these in January and the bulbs all need to be replaced in may. I wish I'd just stuck with the metal halyde.
