The input terminal fell off. Which is why I order a different type.

It does it's job, Most of my signals have been boosted from 70 to 73-74. Satellite receiver no longer loses lock.Con's: First off the cord is very short. Secondly it doesn't appear to be UL or SE certified. Lastly the connectors suck, because they're very short, extremely close so there i no room to tighten them and they aren't easy to connect (the edges are rounded making them difficult screw on.This adapter is the hardest to connect amplifier I've ever hooked up. It's connectors are so close you need needle nose pliers to tighten the connectors. It's complicated more by the fact that getting the coax cables to twist on is like using a stripped screw to hold something together. It's just not easy to connect the male and female together because the edges of the connectors are factory stripped. They just aren't easy to attach because the teeth on the screws doesn't easily leverage/attach so you can tighten they just fall off unless you force them on.
