it is a pump and it works. I love the single barrel that works for presta and schrader valves.also the needle attachments make it WAY easier to pump up balls (volleyball, basketball, ..)

Junk. Move on.
All,Upon receiving the pump I immediately went to test it. Connected to my presta valve on my road bike and began to pump. The lower seal failed at approximately 100 PSI and sprayed hydraulic fluid all over. I've seen pumps struggle to reach 120 PSI, but this is the first time I have ever seen a pump actually fail.Don't waste your money, move on.Mac

AWFUL --> Read all reviews, the seal broke after only using a handful of times. This pump is total garbage.
The seal broke on this pump, getting grease/fluid all over. I used this pump maybe 5 or 6 times and now the return window has passed. What a complete and utter waste of money. READ THE REVIEWS before purchasing this cheaply made waste of money --> you will see SIMILAR REVIEWS about the seal breaking and the pump failing.

bad pump
Bad. Used once, keep in the garage for a week. After a week when I wanted to pump again, the hydraulic fluid was leaking and it was not able to pump.
