Trying to get support from Panasonic is a hell loop, constantly clicking and being directed to another page that takes forever to load. Size is small. I have to turn over a casserole lid so the handle doesn’t hit the top. It also beeps like 5 mins after you’ve heated something. Just one random beep like it’s clearing the que.
