I’m an apple iPhone owner, but I got a separate phone for work that was tracfone. I had the flip phone for a while, but it had problems with just talking so I decided to get a new cheap phone that would go with my existing plan. It was super easy to set up and the price was perfect even if it wasn’t the best phone. It was neat figuring out google set up and it wasn’t hard to get accustomed to. The battery life is way better than what I’m used to. The camera isn’t great nor can I really send quality videos, but that’s not a big deal. It’s ideal for chatting and simply texting with a game or two for spare time. I’m pleasantly surprised...

It's a real, legit phone. Comes nicely packaged and i liked unboxing it. This is my first android ever, i'm an iphone user. I got it as a temp phone but i love it too much. It takes nice quality selfies and was easy to put data on. Recieved it the same day i ordered it. Initial set up to actually putting data on it took under an hour. Data was cheap too! $15-30 depending on the plan. It took a little for me to get used to due to the fact i have used apple all my life but i actually really like this phone and turned off it looks like an iphone x. It has face id as well which works well, not the best but it works!!! Recommend buying a screen protector though. I've seen the phone be up to $155. So get it!!!

battery life is mediocre

Nice phone for the money, cost same as replacing cracked screen on prior Samsung. Loved the Safe Switch app to move all my stuff from old phone. Good camera, helpful features. Only it won't accept my choice of notification tones. Otherwise simple & comfortable to use. Note the camera button is exactly where your index finger will be holding it your right hand so it will activate unexpectedly. But you can reprogram it in Settings.

Great phone i bought for my kids to play games on. They like the size of a phone better than a tablet so we got them these. When setting up the phone it gives you the option for child device and allows you to set up a family account where you as parents can manage and see EVERYTHING the child does on the device. I am able to lock it unlock it from my personal phone it has tracking and everything. I highly recommend. I did not use the talk text data for the device and it simply works with just connecting to my wifi.

#1 failure for this phone. You cannot put apps on to the SD card. Not good if you like games. This was purchased to replace an older j3 which had that ability. With 16gb.factory apps take up 11gb so you have less than 5gb for your own apps.Phone is fine if all you do is talk and take photos. Decent camera for the price.I usually love Samsung. Galaxy s4 got me hooked. Now have every galaxy since then and a few duplicates in the house. This one is junk. Bought two, lucky for me one I didn't open yet so it can still be returned.I played around trying developer options, even then cannot store apps to SD card.

the phone delays in typing. storage full nothing on the phone just a few app's you need all i removed , all i can still 97% full i don't get it just got to eat the $80.00

El teléfono venía bloqueado y nunca pude desbloquearlo para usarlo con sim de México, así que no lo recomiendo
