The design causes a major drop in water pressure! Can't adequately operate a lawn rotary sprinkler. Rotary sprinkler works fine with an old water hose (>10 years old with several pin-holes in it) from the same spigot.Other features are a plus if you don't need major pressure: kink free; light weight; no leaks; very maneuverable. Great for watering plants, soaking an area, washing windows or soft washing/hand-washing a vehicle.

I bought a this 6 months ago and used it to water until about Thanksgiving. I used it as you would a hose: it was dragged around and up and down hillsides to be set into place, then left in place. Spring is early this year and after 4 months of use and one non-freezing winter it leaks. These hoses are not repairable.In addition, no matter what the manufacturer claims, this a 1/4-inch ID hose, which means that there is DRASTIC loss of flow due to friction.
