They have A to Z vitamins and minerals without the tablets being large. They are nice and small which makes them easy to swallow.Update; it is Aug. 1st 2021 and I have been taking these for about 2 without my Ferrous Fumarate 305mg capsules bought from the chemist/pharmacy and my anaemia has returned with a vengeance. I'm not sure whether this is because the multivitamins need to be taken over a longer period of time before they take effect, although they have improved my eyesight. Perhaps they don't work for me but work for others or maybe some of the ingredients make it difficult for my body to absorb the nutrients. All I know is they either haven't made any difference to me or they have only made a minimal difference.
