LinksysLinksys AE1200 Wireless USB Adapter- Refurbished

Seems to work OK but I am unable to get more than a 150Mbps connection using it, even though my ASUS router is capable of 450Mbps. Also, it seems prone to dropping the connection every couple of hours, something the no-name stick I bought it to replace never did. That and the need for device-specific drivers (supplied on a CD in the box) sour me a bit on this adapter, but otherwise it is OK.

Item of similar quality costs $32 in Walmart ( for new). This worked right out of the box. I've purchased refurbished items from Amazon before with no problems whatsoever. This is the second adapter I purchased ( first was from Walmart). I had accidentally placed my laptop on the floor beside my bed, it tipped and the adapter bent and the tip came off. Was happy to save a lot of money on the replacement and there was no way I was going to have a new network card installed. This adapter did the trick!

I bought this wifi card for use on my husband's desktop. It has always been connected hardwire but was recently moved to an area of the house that is wifi only. He is a basic gamer and writer. Only needs enough speed to play League of Legends and that is about it. This little card has done great for what we needed it for. Keeps connection and has no problem reconnecting after being removed from the system and then placed back in. Great little card!

Excellent price and product! Cisco makes quality products, top notch networking equipment, so I was expecting a good quality network adapter. My expectations were exceeded. Product came in original box with software CD. Installation of software was easy and straight-forward, and the quality of the adapter is excellent. Nice blue light to show network connectivity. Tethering with my cell phone was fast to connect and simple. Shipping was super quick. I will definitely be buying more of these!

A little bulky but works perfectly :) Came with CD, so installation was pretty straightforward. If you're travelling with this, you might want to spend the couple of bucks extra for a nano adapter -- just so you don't have to remove it all the time (because travelling with it plugged into your laptop will most likely break it). This was going into a desktop, so for my purposes, it was perfect :)

the unit works fine, but the box was really banged up, and WAY to big for the product itself, like, you could fit 20 units in the box no problem, seems wastefull to me

Product was lazily thrown into the box without any sort of protection or wrap to prevent damage. Other than that, I am happy with the wireless USB adapter and the connection is great.

This USB adapter works well when you have the drivers. I currently using windows 10 and had some problem getting it to work but I finally got it to work with Windows 10 after finding the right drivers.
