Bought this supplement because my fiance's new insurance no longer covers his ADHD medication. It easily replaces his medication without any side effects (including appetite suppression). While I don't have AHDH myself, I also started taking it to help with concentration and to ease the symptoms of my depression and PMDD. Amazingly, I've had no PMDD symptoms. No severe depression/exhaustion, no extreme anger, no feelings of being overwhelmed/useless. Nothing. On top of that my period was a week late. After doing some digging through Goggle I found that St. John's Wort, an ingredient in this product, might be to blame. I stopped taking it and by the end of the first day my period had started.I started getting insomnia despite taking 1 pill in the early morning. I was getting 2-3hrs of sleep a night. For now I've stopped taking it while I look for a way to counteract the insomnia side effect but I do intend to start it again.

Seems to work for long term use

This stuff is pretty great! I have a serious attention problem and I have been looking for a natural solution to combat this. I'm not a huge fan of chemicals and try to keep everything I consume pretty natural. This was so highly ranked and awarded that I had to try it! Well as soon as I took it I instantly felt a boost. I have tried many nootropics and I like this one because of the all natural ingredients. It is very subtle but I find it does make a difference. what I found is if I have coffee with it seems to be a bit more motivating. For me I like to take 1 in the morning and 1 around 1pm and it will carry me well into the evening and allow me to get a lot of things done throughout the day and into the evening. I was given a discount for my opinion of this product.

I have definitely noticed a little pop in my normal mental processes. I wanted to try and help daily processing as I work in a highly intellectual field. It has helped me in that respect as I find I am quicker in arriving to my answers and am in some ways am finding different possibilities that I wouldn't have arrived at before I started taking this. It will definitely be a recurring purchase going forward.

Received product in a timely manner and well packaged. This blend has a lot of supplements that are supposedly for increased cognition and brain function, along with mental clarity. In the short time I've been using it, I haven't noticed a whole lot of difference or marked improvement in my focus, attentiveness, or production. However, with time this may improve as these types of supplements affect different people at different rates with varying results to be expected. received this product quickly. I needed something to help me concentrate and give me a little energy since I work as a receptionist for 8-9 hours a day in front of a computer at a desk. Not sure if its in my head or really works but so far I have liked what it is doing. A little extra energy and able to focus on my work rather then other distractions, aka Facebook, email, etc. will continue to take this.
