Great solar dehydrator!
I’ve had this solar dehydrator for about a month. It has been in use almost daily since I received it. It is light weight yet quite sturdy. I can move it around quite easily while it fully loaded with food to dry. To date I’ve dried bananas, tomatillos, onions, avocados and tomatoes. It is hot and humid here this time of the year. If I put it out first thing in the morning most things are getting dried within 12 hours, which is right on par with the electric dehydrator I used to have. I checked the temperature in it hourly the first couple of days I used it. It stayed between 120-134 F. A bonus is that proceeds from the sales are used to provide these solar dehydrators to people in Africa. Win-win!

Clever Product. No Electricity Needed. Easy to Clean and Use. Came with a Pleasant Note.
Some things to ConsiderIt's a little pricey, but your purchase helps women in Uganda. You have to take off the sheet on the clear part.If I remember correctly, the clear part was made in Saudi Arabia, but dehydrator came from Iowa. Before you buy, consider how many days and hours of consistently high temperatures you have in your region.I tried a variety of fruits. The bananas and apples turned out well consistently, raspberries/small berry fruit(s) not so much.Bring the dehydrator inside before dusk if you have raccoons in your area, otherwise you'll be operating a convenience mart without a license.
