The box says a few seconds and it really only takes a few seconds when cooking each chip. If they darken at all from cooking, they will taste a little burned. But if cooked the right way, they are delicious.

We love these chips! Fun to watch them puff up as their frying. As a kid, they used to be on every table at our favorite Chinese restaurant just like chips and salsa are now on every Mexican restaurant table. We had a lot of fun letting them sit on our tongues and you could feel them 'snap and pop'. In addition, I have some medical issues that dont allow me to eat standard chips or too many carbs but I can enjoy these (NOT giving any medical advice)

I use to buys this at the Asian market as a teenager. It brings back wonderful memories. Taste better than most other ones I have tried.

This arrived quickly but the texture and taste of these shrimp chips were terrible! I’m not sure if my item was old and expired? I would not repurchase. There’s another brand on amazon that tastes like the real shrimp chips.

Most of the pieces in the package were just miss match broken anything, they were not circular, had a decent taste but again lots or just little broken pieces. I won't order these anymore, not a good quality
