If you have a need for added salt in your diet, this is a tasty solution. Each little shaker case will fit in your pocket. I have not had any problem with them leaking salt into my pocket. It is a bit hard to open one in such a way so that it doesn't slowly close up again, so only 4 stars. Please note - if you need enteric-coated salt, then this item is not for you.

Great when you use it for seasoning but I can eat the powder by itself.
