Highly recommended! This product solved my needs and their support was excellent! I had to contact them because I purchased the wrong model for my needs and they were very responsive and helpful in guiding me to the correct product. They are allowing me to return the wrong product for a full refund even though it was installed briefly. I contacted them first using their online chat on their website. It was very handy and I was immediately connected to a knowledgeable person who was very helpful. After ordering and receiving the correct product I contacted them again with some questions and again was helped right away and they provided me a number to call for more detailed assistance. I called it and the actual person I needed to talk with answered the phone and he was very helpful. I can't under emphasize how wonderful it was to be helped so quickly and accurately by real people and not some annoying automated phone system. Very rare and very much appreciated!The only thing that remains is for them to refund the original purchase once they receive my shipment of the incorrect order back to them. I will post a follow-up here for completeness once that has happened but I don't expect any problems given their stellar service thus far.May 31, 2018 Follow-up on refund.They process my refund today which is the same day they received the return shipment. I was nervous to purchase a product that did not have any reviews, but was willing to give it a try. The unit is absolutely amazing, self contained, compact, easy installation, and straight forward scheduling software. We are an Aerospace company and this unit was for the machine shop at our new facility. The bell is very loud and neat looking. Their is a minor bug in the software, but power cycling the unit, seems to fix it (maybe future updates will take care of it).
