PeterKid's Red Orphan Costume (Size:Medium 8-10)

I bought this dress for a granddaughter who was singing an Annie song in a school talent show. It was missized- - very short. It was made from very shoddy fabric. It was never worn, but I was not allowed to return it. I was told costumes are not returnable, but I could exchange it. I asked why would I exchange it? It is such a shoddy piece of merchandise. The seller said it is a costume, not a dress. I paid $40 for it and expected some value for that amount of money. Beware of anything this vendor is trying to sell. I found out that every vendor has a different return policy. Investigate the return policy carefully. Amazon may sell the product, but does not insure that returns can be made. I lost $40.

Wasn't made very well, the belt is of very thin material and would easily go around a small/medium adult not a child (bought it for my grand daughter), just wasn't as impressed with it. My grown daughters grew up with Annie and I had bought them outfits and it the quality was 500 per cent better then, so I guess my expectations were too high. I also purchased the wig and it was not too bad.... but it came separately. I did receive it when promised so shipping info was no problem.

We purchased this Annie costume for my daughter's ice skating competition. It was perfect for what we were looking for! I had it hemmed shorter for an ice skating dress length and added some sparkly gems so it would shine on the ice rink. It worked out perfectly for us!
