Versatile Concrete Repair Aboweld 55-1, structural concrete epoxy patching compound, permanently fills cracks in concrete and also restores columns, walls, ceilings, foundations, swimming pools, and any other application where concrete is broken, cracked, or missing. It bonds to most rigid surfaces, is shrink-free, and is slump, sag, and chemical-resistant. High-Strength, Self-Leveling Epoxy BestBond Crack Repair epoxy permanently fills cracks in concrete, cement, and most other rigid surfaces. The concrete crack filler hardens quickly and features a high-bond strength and moderate flexibility. It is shrink-free and resistant to water, solvents, and UV.

This product worked very well In bonding to the old cement. I had to fill the cracks before putting the product over the busted up concrete. Then it smoothed the seems out very nicely.
